Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on Canada Post's online tools. Calculated shipping charge with options will display during the order process. Contact Jaywil Software Development Inc. or canadapost.ca with any concerns.
NOTE:
- To send to multiple locations, each order has to be placed separately. We are unable to ship to multiple locations in a single checkout.
- Backordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost
- Bar code labels, patron cards - please allow one additional week for production or your bar coded product. Software can be shipped separate from bar coded product so you are not delayed in cataloging your collection.
