Order Cancellation and Return Policy
If you find that you need to cancel your order, contact Jaywil Software Development Inc. within 30 days of your order to discuss your options. If you have been shipped items, there will be a restocking fee applied to the items and no refund on the shipping costs. If bar coded labels are already in production, you will have to take delivery, and submit payment on those specific items.
If you downloaded software in the order process, you will have to sign a document indicating that you no longer have possession of the downloaded software. A 10% restocking fee applies to any physical product returned.
Jaywil Software Development Inc. appreciates your business and will take all reasonable efforts within the guidelines of this policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Credit Card Refunds
For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase.
