US Customers ONLY: To make a payment, enter the dollar value owed from the Total line on your invoice.
Canadian Customers ONLY: Please enter the Subtotal amount from your invoice, at the checkout your Province must be entered to have the correct Provincial Sales Tax calculated.
Add to cart and proceed to the checkout as normal to enter your credit card details for payment. If you have a Purchase Order number, please enter that in the appropriate box on the payment page.
If you have forgotten the password to your online account, click on “I don’t need an account”, this will bypass logging in and allow you to enter some details for your organization before proceeding to payment.
