Our Training Videos are available on VHS and DVD. These videos can be a very helpful and economical tool for your current and future staff and volunteers.
We offer two - 4 hour courses at various times throughout the year. Level 1 is an introductory course for the basics and Level 2 is a 4 hour hands on seminar demonstrating advanced procedures and in-depth ResourceMate® Plus features.
On-line training workshops are one hour long (at 3:30 pm Eastern) and consist of a tutorial section and in most cases a small question and answer period. There will be 14 different workshops and users can go to as few or as many they would like.
