This is happening because of real time scanning on your anti-virus program.  Please have your tech. person read and carry out these instructions.  After that has been completed please run rmservices.exe or ResourceMate services from the ResourceMate Program Group (Start, All Programs, ResourceMate 3.0).

My volunteer version did not copy all the list tables from the main computer.  On the main computer I chose "Export to Volunteer" and checked "List tables" but when I ran Plus, "Update System from the Main Computer" some of the list tables were missing.

Right click on this link and choose "Save target as".  Save it into the folder on the volunteer computer where resourcemate.exe is.  When the download has completed don't Run. Go into ResourceMate on the volunteer computer and click on Plus, Update System from Main computer and choose the file sent to you from the main computer.

Using ISBN Retrieval, when I search a library whose library type is set to Z3950 instead of Loc Search, it doesn't get searched.  There is no error message or warning message but it doesn't get searched.

msvcr71.dll is not on your computer.  Right click on this link and choose "Save target as".  Save it into the folder on your computer where resourcemate.exe is.

I just updated to 3.0.0.34 and now patron search doesn't work on other computers.

I get exception message : qryReports: Type mismatch for field 'ReportTitle', expecting: String actual: Memo.

An older patron search is accessing the 3.0.0.34 data.  Either

run rmupdater from the folder where the patronsearch.exe is installed

or copy patronsearch.exe from the updated computer to the computer with the error message
