If you are able to get into ResourceMate click on File, Re-Index, Refresh and Pack Data Files.

When the screen appears click on Start.

If you are not able to get into ResourceMate, run RMServices and choose the Re-Index option.

If the Re-Index option does not solve the problem, contact Jaywil Software.  You may be asked to do a backup and restore.
