To run RM Services, click on Start, Programs ResourceMate 3.0, ResourceMate Services, then choose the Re-build Entire Database option and Click on Start.

If ResourceMate Services isn't on the menu, right click on the icon you use to run ResourceMate and choose Properties.  Then click on Find Target.  In that folder you should see a rmservices.exe.  Double click on that file.

If that folder doesn't have rmservices.exe, on the computer that has ResourceMate 3.0 installed, please go to www.resourcemate.com/contact.html and "Click here for Live Chat".  Enter your name, organization and in the text mention this problem.  We will log onto your computer and take a look at this problem.
