The 3.0 Help file always shows "Action Cancelled" or "Navigation to the web page was cancelled".

If ResourceMate 3.0 is installed on a network, recent Windows updates have blocked accessing a .chm (compiled help) file across the network. Right click on this link and choose "Save target as". Make sure this file gets saved with a .reg extension and not a .mp3 extension. When the file has been downloaded, run it. This file adds an entry into your registry which corrects this problem.   If for any reason that did not solve the problem, follow these steps:

• Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
• Locate and then click the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions

If this registry subkey does not exist, create it.

• Right-click the ItssRestrictions subkey, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
• Type MaxAllowedZone, and then press Enter.
• Right-click the MaxAllowedZone value, and then click Modify.
• In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
• Quit Registry Editor.
