When I try to do a backup I get "Error Msg: could not open for reading: Data\?????.dat". ????? could be any table name

Ensure that ResourceMateŽ System Updater is not running. If it is running it will look like

If the system updater is not running, make sure that someone has not logged into this computer, ran ResourceMateŽ 3.0, logged out and used "Switch User" so you could log in. To ensure this, shut down the computer. You will see a message if someone else is still logged on with programs running.
