The backup and restore process completely re-builds the tables.

If you are able to get into ResourceMate, do the following:

Backup

Click on File, Backup Data Files.

We recommend that you uncheck the "Patron search" option so the patron search table also gets re-built.

Choose the location you want to backup to and click on Start.

Restore

Click on File, Restore Data Files

Point to the file you just created during the backup process.

Click on "Start Process"

When the "Confirm" screen appears, confirm that both sets of numbers are exactly the same.

Click on Yes.

If you are not able to get into ResourceMate, run RMServices and choose the Re-build Entire Database option.
