The file that web search reads is a tab-delimited ASCII file.  This file can be created in ResourceMate by clicking on the Utilities Menu and choosing Create Web Search File or you can create your own without having ResourceMate.

It includes the following fields: title, sub-title, series, author, 2nd author, 3rd author, publisher, category, call number, ISBN, subject1, subject2, subject3, and subject4.

You can also add up to seven more pieces of information if you wish.
