With our EntryMate™
fee-based service, you can enter your whole library or finish the entry
process just by scanning in (or manually recording) the ISBN
numbers of your items. This can save you many many hours of cataloguing.
Simply accumulate a list of
ISBN's (most books have an ISBN number on the back) which can be processed
for $125 per 1,000 items. (This is a minimum charge). EntryMate™
can speed up the cataloguing of a new library tremendously! For users
of the Regular version of ResourceMate®,
the resulting cataloguing data can be merged into your existing database
for an additional $60. ResourceMate® Plus users
have a new function to allow this data to be merged into their database
at no additional merge cost (EntryMate fee of $125 per 1,000 items found
still applies). As with our new Inventory Reports, we have a hand-held
portable scanner that can be rented to scan in your ISBN's to create your
list even faster. Return the scanner to us and we process your list!
