Jaywil Software offers a new streamlined on-line experience for ResourceMate® clients
GUELPH, Ontario (April 15, 2009) – With a new web-site makeover and on-line store renovation, ResourceMate® continues to raise the bar in user-friendliness for its library clients.
The new site is easier to navigate so that researching, buying and obtaining support for the software is almost effortless. Whether librarians and collectors are investigating the product for the first time or long-time customers are buying additional products, it’s designed to make the whole experience a pleasant one.

Current ResourceMate® users can save time by using the live chat support, accessing updates easily and finding key facts that make using the library software trouble-free. There’s so much information available to ResourceMate® librarians and collectors that having it well organized — as it is in the new web site — is crucial for getting answers quickly.
Potential ResourceMate® clients will benefit from the concise and user-friendly FAQs and other background data. Because ResourceMate® is designed with the non-profit in mind, there’s a downloadable information package that librarians can take to boards and committees when they’re making decisions about automating their libraries and purchasing software.
The new shopping cart function allows customers trouble-free secure shopping whether they’re purchasing the basic program or increasing ResourceMate’s effectiveness with add-on modules, upgrades, licenses, bar-coding tools, training videos and other Jaywil products.
