Why does my Plus menu not have Export Data to Main Computer

On the Volunteers system

Plus, Update Export Confirmation from the Main Computer

The volunteer uses this feature to process the file created on the main computer after the import was completed. The items and patrons previously exported to the main computer will be deleted from your tables. The volunteer can use this utility instead of going in through My Computer and double clicking on the .resourcemate file that was sent.

Use the input box or click on

to point to the drive/folder that contains the file from the main computer.

Click Ok to process the file. You will need to exit and re-enter ResourceMate after the file has been processed.
