Why does my Plus menu not have Export Data to Main Computer

On the Volunteers system

Plus, Export Data to Main Computer

The volunteer uses this feature to transfer the items / patrons they have entered to the main computer.

Choose this option to create a file that will be transferred to the main computer on diskette, cd or usb flash drive.

Use the input box or click on

to point to the drive/folder.

Choose this option to e-mail the information to the main computer.

Choose this option if you want to send the e-mail through your e-mail client (Outlook, Eudora, etc.)  You will see the e-mail and will be able to choose who it will be sent to.

Choose this option if you want to send the e-mail directly through your e-mail server.  SMTP parameters are setup in Utilities, Preferences.

Enter an e-mail address if you will be sending the e-mail using the SMTP Email client option.

Click this button to create the file to send to the main computer.
