Volunteer - Delete items sent to main computer

On the Volunteers system

After the main computer has imported the items the volunteer has transferred, the main computer will create a .resourcemate file to send to you.

When you have received that file, click on Plus, Update Export Confirmation from the Main Computer and choose the file that was sent to you from the main computer. The items and patrons previously exported to the main computer will be deleted from your tables.

Note:

You can continue to add new items even though you have not cleared previously entered items. The import process knows which items / patrons have already been added into the main computer.
