Utilities, System Utilities, Station Manager

In the Station manager you can manage Patron search screen licenses and Multi-user licenses.  This screen shows a list of licenses that have been used.  You may also delete stations in order to allow licenses to be used by other stations.

Allow access

Uncheck this column so a particular computer cannot run

Active

Indicates whether the listed computer is currently running ResourceMate or Patron Search

Software

Indicates whether the listed computer runs ResourceMate or Patron Search

Computer

The computer's name on the network

IPAddress

The IP Address of the computer listed

Computer Desc

The computer description

User

The user name of the person logged in on the listed computer

Login

The date and time the user started running ResourceMate or Patron Search

Last Update

The last date and time the computer updated the computer record

Logout

The date and time the user stopped running ResourceMate or Patron Search

Running

Indicates the number of ResourceMate or Patron Search exe's active on the computer

Created

Date and time the computer record was created

Station refresh

Click this button to refresh the list of stations

Close

Click this button to close this dialog

Enable a station

Enable a station so they can run ResourceMate or Patron Search

Disable a station

Disable a station so they cannot run ResourceMate or Patron Search

Delete a Station

Delete a station from the list

Station Refresh

Refresh the list of stations
