If you keep graduated students in the system, their information will show on History/Statistical reports (Plus).  If you delete them, History / Statistical reports will show "Deleted Patron".

If you want to keep the graduated students in the system, you can either change the senior grade to Alumni, Graduated or you can change their grade to blank.  The choice is yours.
