Utilities, Spell Check Configuration

Choose this option to set spell check options.

If you enter subjects in all UPPERCASE, make sure this option is not checked (default).

If any words have numbers in them, they will be ignored.

If a notes field happens to have html code in it, that code can be ignored.

Indicate whether internet addresses should be spell checked

Indicate whether quoted text should be checked

Don't check words that are abbreviations

Check this option so suggested spellings only come from main dictionaries and not the custom dictionary that you have added to.

Prompt if a word has been repeated.

If two capital letters have been entered, the second will be chagned to lowercase.

Choose the dictionaries that will be searched.

Choose which custom dictionary will be used. The custom dictionary accumulates words that you choose to add when spell checking is performed.

Click this button to add new custom dictionaries or delete existing custom dictionaries.

Note:

All custom dictionaries are backed up when you run File, Backup Data Files.
