Currently this feature is available for Mail Out Reminders (Checked out Items Reports)

Use this feature if you would like to e-mail individual mail out reminders.  Those without e-mail addresses will be printed.

This section shows you a summary of the number of e-mails that will be generated as well as the number of notices that will be printed.

Choose whether you want to generate e-mails, printed reports for those without e-mails or both.  We recommend both so everyone gets their notice.

Choose whether the e-mail will be sent through your e-mail client (Outlook, Eudora, etc.) or whether the e-mail will be sent directly to your mail server.

If "Automatically Send" is checked, your e-mail program may generate a warning message.  If this option is unchecked, you can view each e-mail before it is sent.

Click this button to begin generating e-mails and printed reports (for those without an e-mail address).
