Find the Resource Type you want to change

Click on the

tab

then check

or

in the

column.

ReadOnly means that the field will still show but will be greyed out

instead of the usual

Invisible means that the field will not show at all.

Either way, when you press the Tab key, any fields set to ReadOnly or Invisible will be skipped.

Tip

A field that this might apply to is Statement of Responsibility.

Regular Version

Use Utilities, Field Settings to make change across all resource types.

Plus Version

This change will only apply to this resource type.  To make this change across all resource types, delete this change and use Field Settings.

The item entry form will reflect this change.
