How Do I's

File, Serials

Congratulations on your purchase of the Serials Add On Module.

To confirm that Serials is activated, click on Help, About ResourceMate® 3.0.  You will see  Serials in the Add On: section.

The 3 main functions of the Serials module are:

Establish Serials

Click on File, Serials, New.  You can then add the information pertaining to that serial.

Receive an issue of an established serial

Click on File, Serials.  Highlight the serial you have just received and click on "Receive Issue"

Reminders of issues not received or subscription running out

When you run ResourceMate you will see a reminder screen if any issues are overdue or if any subscriptions are running out.  You can also click on File, Serials, Overdue list.
