How Do I's

File, Restore Data Files

Note:

You can't restore if the ResourceMate System Updater is still running, or additional users are running ResourceMate or Patron Search.

When you first enter, you will be prompted to choose the backup file you want to restore from.

Start Process

Click this button to begin the restore.  You will then see a number of messages.

Restoring from Archive

When you see this message you will also see a number of progress bars flashing on the screen

Making a reserved copy of data

This step is taking another copy of your existing data in case there is an error in the restore process.  If so, your original data can be re-instated.

Restoring table ...

You will see a number of these messages as individual tables are restored.

Change Backup File

Click this button to choose a different backup file to restore from.
