Choose this option to generate a report of your search results.

Choose All results to generate a report of all items that were found.  Choose Only selected to generate a report of only those search results that were selected by checking on the first column.

The book bin option will only be available if you have purchased the Advanced Patron Search Add On Module.

Last Search Results

Click here to view the last search results without running the search again.

Book Bin (Advanced Patron Search Add On Module)

This will show as empty until you add an item to the book bin.  Then it will display as

Click on this to go to the book bin.

Click this button to print the selected report on the printer.

Note:

The search results reports can be modified in ResourceMate by clicking on Reports, Reports gallery, Patron Search Reports, Modify Report Layout.

Output report to (Advanced Patron Search Module)

Choose this option to output/export this report to the chosen file format.

Email Report (Advanced Patron Search Module)

Choose this option to e-mail the report in the chosen file format.  The e-mail will be generated based on the preferences set in Utilities, Preferences, Email Settings.
