Reports, Receipt Templates



Choose this option to customize your receipts.


Click this button to create a new receipt template.  You will be prompted to enter a name for this new format.  The ResourceMateŽ Report Builder will be launched.  Click here to learn about modifying.


Click this button to modify an existing receipt template.  The Standard formats that came with  ResourceMateŽ cannot be modified.  Click New to create your own template, then modify it.  You can then use that template as your default.


Click this button to delete an existing receipt template.  The Standard formats that came with ResourceMateŽ cannot be deleted.  You can create a new template and use that as the default template.


Use the highlighted template as the default.  After it has been set as the default, you will see

to the left of it.


Choose the receipt printer.  Receipts will always be printed on this printer.


Uncheck this box so receipts always print to the chosen receipt printer without prompting you every time.


Click this button to change the Page Title Comment.  The same applies for the Page Header Comment and the Page Footer Comment.  If you have purchased the Spell Check Add On Module, you may click on a Spell Check button after you have entered your comment.
