If you are viewing items, and a dialog appears asking you to "Select Sort Order", you are probably in Simple Grid mode.  You will need to switch to Power grid Mode to be able to re-arrange columns.  Power grid mode will load all items.  As a result, it may take a while.  To switch to Power Grid Mode click on the following
