After you have clicked on

click on the title or author data component

In the edit box at the top of your screen

change the field to one of the other _rpauthor or _rptitle choices.

If the edit box is not visible at the top of your screen, click on View, Toolbars, Edit.

The following describe the _rpauthor and _rptitle fields

• rpAuthor - author / author2 / author3 / Statement of responsibility

• rptitle4 - title + : subtitle + ( series ) Volume Edition
• rptitle - ** + output of rptitle4 (** means the item is checked out)
• rptitle2 - output of rptitle4 / output of rpauthor + Copy# + Bar code number
• rptitle5 - title + : subtitle
