Reports, Print Item Labels

With this feature you can print spine labels, signout card labels and pocket labels.
Note:
A label set is the number of labels that were set to print the last time
![]()
was clicked. It is a snapshot in time.
You can print or re-print those labels as often as you want. The next time you click on
![]()
a new label set will over-write the previous label set.
You can continue to add new items without interfering with the printing of the labels in this label set.
You print or re-print labels after
![]()
has been run.
Label counts
After you have clicked on
![]()
you will see the number of items that will print labels as well as a breakdown of the number of spine, pocket and signout labels that will print.
If you use a separate stock for spine labels and another stock for signout and pocket labels, you can check which kind of label you want to generate at this time.
Generated on
This indicates the date and time the label set was created.
Printed on
This indicates the date and time the label set was printed. ResourceMateŽ does not keep track of whether you have done a partial print or a full print. It is up to you to keep track of whether you have printed off all of the labels in this label set.
