Patron Search Results Grid Customization

Choose whatever item information you want to show in the results grid of a patron search.

Customized Patron Search Field1

Choose the item field that the first extra button on the Single Prompt Search Screen will search.  In this example, Publisher was chosen.

Customized Patron Search Field1 Caption

Enter the text that will show on the button.  In this example Publisher Search was entered.

The same applies for button 2,3 and 4.

Enable Multiple Prompt Search

Uncheck this option to remove the following search option

Enable Complex Search

Uncheck this option to remove the following search option

Display Search Options

Uncheck this option to remove the following Search Options box

Search Method for Single Prompt

Choose the default Search Method for the Single prompt search screen

Search Method for Multiple Prompt

Choose the default Search Method for the Multiple prompt search screen

Fuzzy Search enabled

Choose the default for

Max # items returned

Choose the default for

Soundex enabled (Soundex Add On Module)

Choose the default for

Display Librarian Comment

Display the following tab in the search results

Display Notes

Display the following tab in the search results

Display Multimedia (Plus)

Display the following tab in the search results

Enable Reports

Uncheck this option to remove the following option

Enable Print Report

Uncheck this option to remove the following option

Group by Subject (Advanced Patron Search Only)

Choose the default for

Enable Send report to a File (Advanced Patron Search Only)

Uncheck this option to remove the following option

Enable E-mail Report (Advanced Patron Search Only)

Uncheck this option to remove the following option

Enable Book Bin (Advanced Patron Search Only)

Uncheck this option to remove the following option

E-Mail Method (Advanced Patron Search Only)

Choose default e-mail method for e-mailed reports

Export Multimedia to file (Plus)

If Display Multimedia has been checked, this preference will determine whether the patron can make a copy of the stored file.

Uncheck this option to remove the What's New Search button
