Congratulations on your purchase of the Pamphlet Inventory Add On Module.

To confirm that Pamphlet Inventory is activated, click on Help, About ResourceMate 3.0.  You will see Pamphlet Inventory in the Add On: section.

Pamphlet inventory allows you to track quantities of particular items as they are added or removed.  You can also generate a re-order/re-stock report.

Pamphlet inventory would not be used for items that are checked out and then returned.  It is meant as a re-order tool so you know when it is either time to re-stock quantities of an item on the shelf or when it is time to re-order.

Pamphlet inventory is not limited to a particular resource type.  Any item in any resource type can be used with pamphlet inventory.

You will first need to establish the current quantity on hand for items you want to track.

Items have already been entered in ResourceMate

Click on File, Pamphlet Inventory

Choose the Resource type of the item

Choose the item

The cursor will jump to the quantity field.  Enter the current quantity on hand and a comment if you wish.

Go up in the form and enter the Reorder level and Reorder quantity.

Click on Save.

Choose the next item and repeat the same process until all items have the current quantity established.

Items have not been entered into ResourceMate

Enter the item in File, Items

When you have all the information entered for the item, click on the Additional tab.

Click on the Modify button in the Pamphlet Inventory section.

The cursor will jump to the quantity field.  Enter the current quantity on hand and a comment if you wish.

Go up in the form and enter the Reorder level and Reorder quantity.

Click on Save.

Track quantities as they are removed or added

We recommend that you go into File, Pamphlet Inventory to record these transactions.

Click on "Display items with Pamphlet info" to reduce the list of items to choose from

Choose the item

Choose either "Removed from Inventory" or "Added to Inventory"

Enter the quantity.

Click Save.

Generate reports

Click on Reports, Reports Gallery, Pamphlet Inventory Reports and choose the report you would like to generate.
