Choose this option to make adjustments to any items regardless of whether they have already had quantities established. You will then see

You can choose all resource types or a specific resource type and then choose an item to make adjustments to.

Choose this option to only make adjustments to items with quantities established. Use this option after you have entered initial quantities for all items. You will then see

You can then choose from only those items already setup for pamphlet inventory.

Enter the reorder level. When the quantity on hand falls below this amount, this item will be reported on the Reorder listing.

Enter the quantity that should be re-ordered or re-stocked when the quantity on hand falls below the order level.

Choose this option if you are recording quantities that have been removed.

Choose this option if you are recording quantities that have been added.

Enter the quantity removed or added

This will indicate the new quantity based on the information you have chosen.

Choose the transaction date.

Enter any comments that will help identify this change in quantity.

Click on this tab to see a list of inventory transactions for this item.

Click this button to save this transaction.
