On the Main computer

Plus, Export to Volunteer

The main computer uses this feature to send important system information to the volunteer.

Choose this option to create a file that will be transferred to the volunteer computer on diskette, cd or usb flash drive.

Use the input box or click on

to point to the drive/folder.

Choose this option to e-mail the information to the volunteer computer.

Choose this option if you want to send the e-mail through your e-mail client (Outlook, Eudora, etc.) You will see the e-mail and will be able to choose who it will be sent to.

Choose this option if you want to send the e-mail directly through your e-mail server. SMTP parameters are setup in Utilities, Preferences.

Enter an e-mail address if you will be sending the e-mail using the SMTP Email client option.

Check this option to send system parameters as well as Resource Types.

Check this option to send security settings that you want to apply for volunteers.

Check this option to send authority lists.

Click this button to create the file to send to the volunteer computer.
