Fill the call number with something other than the dewey decimal information

In Utilities, LOC Import choose Fill Call Number with.  You can then choose Dewey decimal, Library of Congress or None.

Determine how much call number information to store

In Utilities, LOC Import choose Number of Call number fields to fill.  It is most common to fill 2 fields.

When filling call number with Library of Congress, also include the year information

In Utilities, LOC Import choose Add year to Call Number.

Include Author's last name with call number information

In Utilities, LOC Import choose Add Author's Last name to Call #.  This choice is also dependent on the next line, "Number of Author characters to add to Call #".  This is most commonly set at 3.  Determine whether you want this information in Mixed case or UPPER case in the "Author characters to UPPER case" line.
