File, Items, Main
This field is used when automatically updating all your replacement values for items. By choosing Update Item Replacement Value on the Utilities menu, you can increase or decrease the replacement value of all or some items in your library.
For example, let's say all your items entered have a replacement value as of September 2005. In December 2006, you realize the replacement value of items has increased, on average, by 3%. By placing an "x" in this field you are indicating this item should be included in any future updates of replacement values.
Click to indicate whether you would want this item included if you run the Update Item Replacement Value utility in the future.
Press [TAB] to move to the next field.

To indicate whether this field is searchable by patrons, do the following
Regular or Plus - Utilities, Field Settings, Item - check the box in the "Patron Can Search" column
To indicate whether this field is available in a keyword search, do the following
Regular or Plus - Utilities, Field Settings, Item - check the box in the "Include in Keyword Search" column
