How Do I's

Utilities, Graduate Students

This feature allows you to easily move all students in one grade to the next, without having to change each student individually.

Note:

Make sure that you graduate from the highest grade to the lowest grade otherwise when you're completed, everyone will be in Grade 8.

It is a good idea to do a backup before making mass changes to your information.

The highest grade can be graduated to Alumni.

Graduate all patrons in

Begin typing or click on the down arrow to choose the grade that is graduating (being moved forward).

To:

Begin typing or click on the down arrow to choose the grade that the previously selected grade is graduating to.

Graduate

Click this button to change the grade from your first selection to the second selection.
