Plus, Import Process, New, Import Items from Volunteer Utility

Use this feature to import the data file you received from your volunteer.

Enter the name of the file the volunteer sent you.  Use the input box or click on

to point to the file.

Click to begin processing of the volunteer's file.

During the import you will be able to set print switches from import items.

After the import is complete, click on the Detail, Items, Item Detail or All Subjects tabs to view and make changes before the items are added to the main tables.

When you are ready to add these items to the main tables, click on
