Plus, Import Process, Copy Information to Library

This screen is common to all imports.  You can make choices related to multiple copies, accession numbers and replacement value mass change settings.

Check this box to ensure that multiple copies that are imported will be recognized as multiple copies.

If a multiple copy is found, automatically make the imported item a multiple copy of the found item.

If a multiple copy is found, a screen will appear and you will have to confirm or choose which item the imported item is a multiple copy of.

If you are using accession numbers and your imported information doesn't have accession numbers, they can be assigned while importing.

Enter a starting accession number that will apply to all items without an accession letter.  Items with an accession letter will automatically be assigned the next available accession number for the entered accession letter.

Click this button to determine the next available accession number for items with an accession letter.

If imported information has accession numbers but any of those numbers have already been used, the next available accession number will be used.

Check this box to indicate whether you would want these items included if you run the Update Item Replacement Value utility in the future.

Click this button to add the imported items / patrons into the main tables.
