Change these settings for a particular Resource Type (Plus)

All Field Descriptions can be changed per Resource Type in Regular or Plus.

You must have the Plus version if you want to

skip a field

make sure something gets entered into a particular field

set a default value whenever new items are added

based on Resource Type.

What applies to Books may not apply to Videos.

If you have the Plus version you can click on File, Resource Types to set these choices for each different Resource Type.
