Utilities, Preferences, Call Number Sorting

Note:

These preferences can also be set by clicking on Utilities, Call Number Preferences.

Include Section in Sorting

Uncheck this option if you don't want to include section in call number sorting.

Section Left Justified

Uncheck this option if your section happens to be number information (1,2,10,15,100, etc.)

Combine and Extract Call #s

Uncheck this option if you don't want call numbers combined and extracted.  The advantage to combining and extracting is that call numbers will sort properly regardless of how consistent they were entered.

Call #1 Left Justified

Check this option if call number 1 has decimal information in it or advised by Jaywil Software.

Call #2 Left Justified

Uncheck this option if advised by Jaywil Software.

Call #3 Left Justified

Uncheck this option if advised by Jaywil Software.

Call #4 Left Justified

Uncheck this option if advised by Jaywil Software.

Call #5 Left Justified

Uncheck this option if advised by Jaywil Software.
