The All Data grid allows you to scroll down fields by field through all the fields in the item add process.

All item fields will show in this scrollable grid unless you have gone into Utilities, Field Settings, Items,  Field Settings and set fields to Invisible.

The order of these fields is determined by the Order column in Utilities, Field Settings, Item.

(Add On Module)

click this button to spell check these items.

When you are adding more than one item at a time, you will see the following check boxes.

Check this box to copy changes you make to the first item across the other copies that are showing in he all data grid.

Check this box to only copy information from the first item in the all data grid if the field in the other copies is empty.  Unchecking this would over-write existing information whenever a change is made to the first item in the all data grid.
