Support - Fix Shelf Card Truncation
To solve the problem of Shelf Card information being truncated,
exit ResourceMate® if it is running then right-click
on the following link: fixshelf.ap
and choose "Save Target As..." (Netscape users
choose "Save Link As..."). Specify to Save the
file into the folder C:\RM
(or wherever you have installed ResourceMate® and
rename it filech2.app
. (Note the character 2
and the longer extension .app).
After the file
is downloaded and you have renamed it, run ResourceMate®.
You will be reminded that this repair process will take
a while. The progress bar will also remain on 99%
for a while.
